As part of the project entitled “Comprehensive actions to improve the energy efficiency of buildings of Primary School No. 4 and Technical Secondary School No. 1 in \u017bory” co-financed by the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 on September 27, 2023. The fourth workshop in the “Man – Energy – Environment” series for teachers from \u017bory institutions took place.<\/p>\n

This time, teachers deepened their knowledge in the field of energy efficiency, theoretical and practical basis for the operation and measurement of a thermal imaging camera and the use of the program for preparing energy performance certificates. The workshops were led by a representative of the Ekoterm Silesia Ecological Foundation.<\/p>\n

In Primary School No. 4 with Sports and Sports Championship Departments. Otylia J\u0119drzejczak, Technical Secondary School No. 1 Nicolaus Copernicus School Complex No. 2 named after priest prof. J\u00f3zef Tischner, School and Kindergarten Complex No. 7 will run interest groups for students in the field of ecology and renewable energy.<\/p>\n

The educational and information activities are aimed at increasing the ecological awareness of the inhabitants of \u017bory by increasing knowledge, changing thinking and behavior towards the identified local problem related to energy efficiency or the use of renewable energy sources.<\/p>\n
