On Wednesday, 27 of September at the City Hall at Wojska Polskiego 25 Avenue in Żory, will take off another series of workshops called: “Man – Energy – Environment”. This time it will be hosted by a representative of Ekoterm Silesia. Ecological Foundation. 15 teachers from educational institutions in Żory will take part in the workshops. They will deepen their knowledge in the field of energy efficiency, the theoretical and practical basics of using a thermal imaging camera, will also go out into the field and perform thermal imaging measurements of buildings, and they will deepen the theoretical basics of using the program for preparing energy performance certificates. The instructor will also conduct workshops on how to use the program for preparing energy performance certificates.
Total value of the project is: 7,277,919.70 PLN. The city obtained funding in the amount of: 4,152,242.80 PLN, including: – from the EEA Financial Mechanism: 3,529,406.38 PLN – from the state budget in the amount of 622,836.42 PLN. Estimated completion date of the project: April 2024.
