The tender for the implementation of the task has been resolved as “Comprehensive activities to improve the energy efficiency of the building of Primary School No. 4 in Żory”. The contract with the selected contractor, which is Termal Siwarski Wojciech company, was signed on July 21.
The investment concerning the seat of the Primary School No. 4 with Sports Departments and the Sports Championship the name of Otylia Jędrzejczak in Żory includes building, electrical and installation works. It will be performed, among others insulation of outside walls, insulation of the flat roof along with the replacement of the covering, reinforcement of large-block slabs, replacement of window and door joinery, renovation of outside stairs, replacement of balustrades, himney repair, repair and replacement of roofing, replacement of flashings along with guttering, construction of a ramp for the people with disabilities and creating a mural and a description of the name of the school on the plaster in accordance with the colors of the facade. The heating node will also be replaced and photovoltaic panels with power optimizers will be installed.
